Agumon is, to many, the "default" rookie Digimon. He is featured in virtually every Digimon game so far (the only exception being Digimon Battle Spirit 2). He is a small but strong and courageous Digimon.

Agumon is a playable Digimon in Digimon World, and one of the two Digimon the player can get at the very start of the game. Several Agumon can be fought in battles. Agumon can be recruited to File City, and is the first Digimon who can be recruited. He Digivolves from Koromon and has several natural Champion forms, these being Greymon, Monochromon, Centarumon, Meramon, Tyrannomon and Birdramon.
In Digimon World 2, Agumon is a playable Digimon.
In Digimon Digital Card Battle, Agumon is an opponent and a playable card.
Agumon is a playable Digimon in Digimon Rumble Arena.
In Digimon World 2003 and Digimon World 3, Agumon is one of the starter Digimon.
Agumon is a playable Digimon in Digimon Rumble Arena 2.
Agumon is a playable Digimon in Digimon Battle Spirit, and has two incarnations, which Digivolve to WarGreymon and Omnimon respectively.
Agumon is a playable Digimon in Digimon Racing.
