To unlock a Black Digimon (Black Agumon, Black Gabumon or Black Guilmon) you must defeat it when it randomly appears during the Single-Player Mode.

They VERY rarely appear if you are playing as any Digimon higher than a Rookie Digimon, so use one of those Digimon to unlock them.
