Airdramon is a powerful dragon digimon. It has no legs, and as such is always soaring the sky on it's 2 wings. They live up in mountainous areas and conjure up a black whirlwind as their special technique, Dark Twister.

Airdramon is one of the main henchmen digimon used by the Digimon Emperor, kept under his control by Dark Rings. The Digimon Emperor used these Airdramon to meet his own needs in the series.

A tamer named Tatum had an Airdramon for a partner, which helped out in the battle against MaloMyotismon.
