Demimeramon (デミメラモン "Demimeramon") is small, in-training Digimon. Its body is almost entirely composed of flames. Its shape roughly resembles a fire ball except for two small hands. Each hand has five fingers and is located very near the front of the body. Its strange blue eyes are its most noticeable facial feature.DemiMeramon's strange, stitched mouth is one of the many characteristics it shares with its namesake, Meramon. Despite the fact that DemiMeramon is an In-Training it is generally presented as digivolving straight to Meramon, a champion.

DemiMeramon are typically innocent Digimon which may sometimes help humans. In some of the games and anime, DemiMeramon appear in small groups. They are implied to be leftovers of burnt Meramon.

DemiMeramon is only seen once as a bystander in a race with Trailmon.

A large group of DemiMeramon appeared as some of the many Digimon in the real world. Strengthened by Agumon's attacks three of them combined and formed a Meramon, a much more formidable foe.

The defeat of the enraged Meramon triggers the arrival of several DemiMeramon. Though most only talk, one is willing to buy a Meramon card for a high price. DemiMeramon is unobtainable as a partner Digimon without the aid of a cheat device such as GameShark.

DemiMeramon is Used to block opponents in the Volcano Track.

Hot Tackle: Charge the opponent with its fiery body.
