Digimon Adventures is the first out of five currently released seasons of the Digimon anime.
Seven boys and girls are one day mysteriously "warped" into another world know as the Digital World or "Digi World" while at summer camp after they each receive a Digivice. Seven talking creatures known as 'Digimon' find the children and become their partners. The Digivices each of the children received allow them to make their partner digimons evolve in to more powerful forms. As the story progresses they discover that they are the Digi-Destined and were brought to the Digital World to save it from destruction from any evil forces that may emerge.
