[edit] Description

Whamon (ホエーモン "Hoeemon") is an aquatic, champion level Digimon of the vaccine type. Whamon resembles a blue whale with a huge bony structure covering its head and part of their back; it is unknown whether this structure covers their eyes, or if Whamon does not possess any eyes altogether. They are the second largest Digimon, next to GigaSeadramon. Whamon does not have a natural evolution; those who have lived long enough lives possess higher stamina and fighting power, and are considered to have evolved into ultimates. Ultimate Whamon are referred to as Whamon Ultimate (パーファクト ホエーモン "Perfect Hoeemon"). There are no differences between a champion level and an ultimate level Whamon aside form the difference in strength and size. They can perform Tidal Waves by undulating their tails. Their Jet Arrow (alt Blasting Spout) attack consist of expelling large amounts of pressurized water from their blowholes.
